Abnormal disconnection when trying to delve (Workaround: DX9ex / DX11)

Hi, I'm having the problem of disconnecting when I try to enter a delve. It started after 3.4.1, and persists after 3.4.1b, and 3.4.2 w/ Hotfix 2, and 3.4.3.

Bug report number: 2.857.705.182

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Finally found the problem: DirectX 9ex seems to cause it.
After changing to DirectX 11, I no longer get disconnected when trying to enter a delve.
But, I have to switch back to DirectX 9ex for everything else, as DirectX 11 performance is too bad.

PC Specs:
HD5770 1GB graphics card (to be upgraded soon)
Athlon II X4 615e processor (Quadcore)
8GB RAM
Asrock ALiveXFire-eSATA2 motherboard (480X chipset)
Crucial BX200 480GB SSD, with 284 GB free.

Windows 7 SP1 x64 Ultimate

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Pre-workaround:
I can enter the Mine Encampment just fine, I can pull up the Subterranean Chart, but if I try to enter a delve, I get the loading screen, the gears churn for a second or two then stop (and I can hear my fans slowing down), then I get disconnected, and end up at the login screen.

I can, however, use the Mine entrance to the North-East of the Subterranean Chart as a work-around - just entering it once, then going back to the Subterranean Chart does get me started delving again, for several tries. But this bug keeps biting me again, seems to be after each relog.

I'm trying to go to the node I've marked:
(which I later succeded in getting to, but didn't solve the problem)

The last two lines in Client.txt are:

2018/09/11 15:08:34 21105936 a34 [INFO Client 3932] : You have entered Azurite Mine.
2018/09/11 15:08:55 21126622 799 [INFO Client 3932] Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred.

I have done a Pack Check, all is in sync.

This other thread seems to be about the same issue:

(yes, that's me replying)

Edit: Once this bug hits, it's absolutely consistent.
I log back in with the same char, go to Mine Encampment, use the Subterranean Chart, try to go the same node as before, and same result; Abnormal Disconnection, staring at the login page again.
I can only start delving again by using the Mine entrance.
Player numbers are plummeting.

And, as of right now, I can no longer enter a Delve, I get Abnormal Disconnection every time I try, no matter whether I use the Subterranean Chart or the Mine entrance.

Edit: for some reason, I'm thinking this might be a white-space error.
I know I have nothing to base that on, just saying.
Player numbers are plummeting.

Going to keep an eye on this thread, I'm having the same issues.

It seems like it's related to the level of the delve (early delve levels work and load just fine, but once down to a certain extent, nothing i do will let me delve).. Interested to see if this is a known bug and what's intended to be done about it. I like the league and what they've done, but right now i'm just playing standard, without my toys.
I got kind of a similar problem. After blowing up a wall with dynamite the mentioned disconnect occurs.
After having tried using DirectX 11 for everything, I find that it makes me rubberband or simply disconnects me every so often (I guess from client not being able to perform some actions within a certain timeframe?).
Performance with DX11 is just awful.
Lab is particularly bad.

So, I find myself in the rather annoying situation, that I have to switch between DirectX 9ex and 11;

DirectX 11 for Delving

and

DirectX 9ex for everything else

GGG, I hope this is not what you imagine people having to do to play this game?
