Missing Stats on all Characters

Hello,
So I've logged in to my

87 Scion: Missing 18 Int.
73 Witch: Missing 13 Dex.
83 Scion: Missing 17 Int.

I haven't played these chars since Delve started, but came back to standard today, and found that they were all missing stats that were present prior to the patch.

Did I miss a change in statting?

Looking over the characters more, it looks like it may be related to vaal gem requirements?

87 scion lost the Int to cover lvl 19 vaal skeletons gem.

Most definitely had it to cover the gem prior to patch. This was prior to passive skill reset performed in character.

Any word related to this? I still have not recovered any of the missing stats on the characters.

Specifically with my now 88 Scion, I have double, and triple checked everything pre and post patch, and the only changes that I made in the passive tree were:

-24% Projectile Damage
-5 Dexterity

The only gearing change that was made, was made specifically to address the lost intelligence, changing the Bench Craft on the Chest to Intelligence, to cover what was lost in the Patch.

If something changed, that's fine, just let us know. Logging in, and not having the intelligence to cover Gems that you could pre-patch is frustrating.
