Can't Enter Kaom's Stronghold

I can't enter Kaom's Stronghold because the game keep crashing multiple times, about 7 times, either "cannot create thread" or just crash to desktop. I don't know what is the problem, I tried to lower my settings, but still can't enter it. Please patch it or I can't progress the game. Thanks.

Edit : Now I can't enter Kaom's Dream either :(

The problem still persist, I've try everything I could, and I receive no response from anyone here, so I think I will just uninstall the game and done with it.

Did you try clining ShaderCache, Minimap and running PackCheck?

And then run/error/run till you get access to the King Kaom...
my record is 18 times, good luck :)
OR ask someone for portal, but that doesn't guarantee success...


And then you probably will got the same problems/errors in The Cathedral Rooftop, The Ruined Square, The Ravaged Square... and Kitava...

My case since 3.0 :(

I've done all you said, nothing work, i just can't get into Kaom's Stronghold, and crash a lot at Kaom's Dream. I ask someone to open up portal inside Kaom's Stronghold and try to enter at High gate, crash as soon as entering the portal.

This below is the latest crash, what i don't understand is, I don't even involved in any micro-transactions. This surely the game problem, not mine

I already uninstalled the game, i just can't take it anymore, the game have too much problems, give me headaches. i am not sure if want to re-install or not, but for now i don't want to waste my time with the game problems. Thank you for your reply anyway :)
