Can't get past Wharf in The Hidden Architect quest series, despite repeatedly completing the map

The quest is asking me to complete the Wharf Map.

Before I got to this step in the quest series, I had already completed Wharf on Rare rarity (i.e. earned the bonus).

Since I got to this step, I've run through Wharf 3 more times at Magical rarity, killing the end boss each time, but it doesn't clear the requirement or signal that I've accomplished any task.

Details:
- On my Atlas, Wharf is currently consistently the only map shown with the Shaper 'cloud,' probably consistent with this step in the quest (?).
- However, when I run Wharf, it doesn't have any Shaper cues (holes in the terrain, cameos by Shaper, chaos-globe-spewing mini-boss, Shaped item drops)
- I'm using the map machine in my hideout. Zana is in my hideout. She offers no dialogue choices relevant to the quest.

Problem solved. I re-ran the map on Rare. This time it was Shaper-ized, and when I killed the boss he dropped a Memory Fragment.
