Is support open on the weekends NZ time?
I am asking because I had been waiting for 4 days now for an email from support

there are some staff working weekends but it's not the full lot, depending on your issue (something with security questions) that's usually the opening part of the ticket, once you pass security you would be placed in a separate queue for your issue, unfortunately this other queue is worked by a smaller team and they are usually backlogged to some degree....and this being the start of a new league they will be.

What used to happen (years back) was that the emails were split into two groups and you would be waiting in the queue before getting an answer (at one point there was a queue of almost a month)
It was supposed to be the large team got easy stuff and the small team got the more difficult and time consuming tickets (stuff like ban investigations or recovery of hacked accounts etc) Now however, the large team do partial processing of the other teams tickets to speed the process up (all the security questions) rather than leaving you hanging for however long the queue is before even starting. " A month? Wow. I haven't played in almost a year! I had a week off and planned to play this week and I couldn't login because I had no access to an old spam email that I deleted. I provided everything they asked for even the credit card purchase. Now I realized I wasted wasted my week waiting! It's a shame because I had $100 of micro transactions on that account.
