Increased Herald Effect = multiplicative or additive?

Mastermind of Discord
25% increased Effect of Heralds on you

Scion Elementalist:
40% increased Effect of Heralds on you

Most of the time increased = additive.
But cause its a buff i hope its calculated before applying the Herald damage to the attack or spell.

Are both ascendencys multiplacative or additive with "Increased Elemental/Fire/Lightning/Cold/Projectile/(Attack)/(Spell) Damage"

If you had multiple increases to herald effect, those would be additive with each other. The passive tree doesn't have more than one node for any one class, but there are a few items which give additional boosts.

The increase is applied to the herald's effects, which are then applied to your character. None of the heralds give increased damage to your character, though Herald of Agony gives increases to the agony crawler minion.

An example of a Scion Elementalist with Herald of Thunder and Fidelitas's Spike:

The ascendancy gives 40% increased herald effect and the weapon gives 50%. That's a total of 90% increased effect. The herald normally adds 16-66 lightning damage to attacks and spells, which gets multiplied by 1.9, resulting in 30-125 added damage. This amount is added to the base damage of your skills and then further multiplied by any increased spell/attack/lighting/elemental damage you might have.
Additive with other herald effects, but multiplicative after it was added to the base damage.

"
This amount is added to the base damage of your skills and then further multiplied by any increased spell/attack/lighting/elemental damage you might have.

Thank you, this part was exactly what i wanted to know.
