[MTX] Shaper Scorching Ray bug - Beam disappears when pointing at a nearby wall

Shaper Scorching Ray MTX's beam effect completely disappears when standing next to a wall and pointing towards the wall, and reappears when pointing away from it.

It also plays the "initiation" sound effect every time the beam appears and disappears this way while channeling it.


For comparison, Scorching Ray's regular and Radiant effects do not have this issue, as in their beams are visible even when standing right next to a wall and aiming the beam against the wall.

Bumping for visibility, because this issue makes this otherwise awesome MTX look silly sometimes, as the beam disappears and reappears repeatedly while channeling - also repeating the beam startup sound effect - when there happens to be any wall nearby when aiming the beam around.

I realize this won't be any high priority fix, but I hope it will at least make it to the list of bugs to fix.
