Subterranean Chart clicking / dragging unreliable

When clicking a spot to start a delve, it doesn't always register (or you have to click exactly in the small circle, which is confusing).

When dragging the chart it occasionally doesn't grip, which is very annoying. Might have to do with tooltip or square borders.
