Boss killing setup

Is there a better setup than that for lightning boss killing setup (gem/armour wise)?


It does pretty good right now on RichDeLioncourt that is a Juggernaut, but I wonder if it can do better.

No one can tell me if ball lightning on impulsa is a good setup for boss killer for bosses?

Not without knowing what your build actually is or what else you're trying to do, no. Inpulsa's is popular specifically for clearing, and Ball Lightning is not known for single-target damage without shenanery I'm not sure you're using from your linked chestpiece alone.
