Flame Dash & Lightning Warp Still Need Improvement

The changes are marginally nice but still still lag way behind other movement skills. Flame Dash can be fixed by just removing the cooldown restriction. I mean, it's ok to spam shield charge so why not flame dash? I'm a caster, I don't want to use a melee skill to move around. It's stupid.
And LW still needs 3 links to be even remotely usable IMO. The delay needs to be lowered even more before it's a real movement skill. Hell, just get rid of the delay. Please guys... give wanders some REAL movement skill improvements. These changes are not enough. yeah. when I have a 4L 21/20 gem lightning warp with a warp hat enchant its maybe as good as a 0 supported shield charge/whirling blades on a melee ranger type character....
theyre gonna even up the movement skills lol. Ya right, gonna take a LOT of work to get anywhere close. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
