Act 7 Crypt Not Dropping Maligaro's Map

I am in Delve SC and am in Act 7. I've talked to Silk in the Chamber of Sins and now need Maligaro's Map from the Crypt to proceed. Once in the Crypt, when I open the 'Container of Sins' for Maligaro's Map, nothing comes out of the chest.

I've tried different loot filters and toggling 'z' to make sure things are visible but there is nothing coming out of this chest.

I tried this last night as well and received the same results, figuring things may be resolved when I log back on today.

Please help I can't proceed without this chest dropping the map.
