Delve: Abyssal Chamber not accessible

I found a cluster of 4 Abyssal Chambers in an Abyssal City Tileset, completed 2 of them without problems, but when I went to the 3rd I completed the Delve to the Location, clicked on the Encounter to enter the Chamber but i did not enter it. The Crawler released his Items but there was no Entrance to the Chamber. I did not die or leave the Area when i was unable to access it.

Same happened to me today, I then went on to 4th node and it did release items but staircase didn't open the path :(

Same here. I can see the door for the abyssal chambers, it is open but i can't click it.

EXACT SAME FOR ME. Completed 2 then the rest are completely broken. WTF is this?
