"Ghosting" text - new monitor

It was somewhat solved when another, infinitely helpful user suggested I look in Windows settings, for HDR. It is *mostly* fixed, but I have to mess with video settings each time because they don't stick. Meaning, it looks superb if I adjust this or that, but if I log in ... it may not. When correct, PoE looks *incredible*.

It is a new monitor with freesync, I have an RX 480 8GB so that is where I am at. I sort of fixed it by enabling HDR in Windows and the monitor. It looked great while that happened, but I cannot tell you why that setting went away.

Advice?

Not sure what happened, there was an update and it's fixed.
