Cast on Crit not working with Smite

Cast on Crit appears to be unable to support Smite with any spell I tried. It doesn't show as a linked support, doesn't increase it's mana cost, and doesn't function when linked.

This was not fixed in today's patch. Really disappointed a gamebreaking bug with a new skill is still not fixed. I don't want to have to reroll because of this. =\
