Unyielding Flame does not work with Necromantic Aegis

Tried it on Standard:
if i try to use Unyielding Flame + Necromantic Aegis, the Summons are not able to trigger Commandment of Inferno.
At the beginning i thought, it would be because of a low minion level (used level 23 Raging Spirits to try it), but i was able to trigger Commandment of Inferno with my own attacks which shouldn't be possible with Necromantic Aegis.

not working but this is intended, minions cant use triggers. (cast on crit, cast on hit, etc...)
