75 Skill points at L68 correct? And another question.

After a long break due a broken down computer I'm returning to PoE.
I got a full reset of all skill points. But I have the feeling that I had some more skill points in the past. Probably due the change in the difficulties (gone) and with the addition of new acts the distribution of additional skill points did probably changed.
My question is if that is correct to have 75 skill points with a lvl 68 character at the end of Act 4?

And another question: I noticed that there are already 3.4 builds listed on the forum, but my client shows version 3.3.2. Therefore the question if there is a beta server around?

Thank you for a response.

You can type

/passives

ingame (though not all quests show up until you have finished acts I think).

It also doesnt seem to show Lunaris & Solaris reward after act8.

As for 3.4, patch notes have been released so build creators have been able to predict whether build still works.

Thanks

I'm currently not online. Do I see with /passives if there is something missing or being missed?
Are you really only at the end of act 4? Old characters got some or all of the new acts completed automatically based on their progress before 3.0. If you had killed merciless Malachai you got the entire story marked as complete.

The /passives command lists all the quests with passive points (that you have unlocked) and how many passives you got from that quest. If it shows 0 at any quest then you haven't completed it. You can look up the quests in the wiki if you're not sure where to start them. For some of these quests you only need to complete the final objective of picking up the skill point book and using it.

It only shows missed quest skill points if you’ve completed act 10. Otherwise you just have to look at wiki to determine which ones are missing. Since you’re in act 4, you didn’t kill Merciless Malachai which would have given you the finish act 10 quest state. Instead of going through the missing story on an overleveled character to get to maps, I personally would just start a new character.

Thanks for the help.
I checked the list on my character with the quest wiki and it looks that I received all skills (books) including the 2 points from the bandits.

Checking the quest list it shows that we could get 22 or 24 additional skill points. But the list shows only 21 Book of Skill. Where is the missing one?

Note: I found the solution. The last one in Act. 10 gives 2 points.
