New skill smite chance to hit

So smite shoots the lightning if you miss the melee attack, does the lightning have a %100 chance to hit?

Dunno… but I do know I'll be making a Smite build in a couple weeks regardless. Will be looking at Mojlner with either spark or arc. Never used one before.

I doubt that you would gain 100% accuracy with a the lightning portion. Most skills that have melee attacks with secondary effects don't work like that.
I will probably try this skill out though depending on the scaling. Since old league uniques are back thru timeworn keys and delve I believe has harbingers, I can use the Rippling Thoughts sword again. I barely had a chance to try it out but I liked it. thers always the posibility that he will have 100% acuracy as a special stat but the general rule is that attacks rely on accuracy. even if they look like a spell.

Smite sounds fun but I think its going to be lack luster unless the AOE lightning strike has a big AOE effect. And sounds like it only does 1 strike per swing. Plus I dont think it will be good for single target on bosses since the aoe attack wont hit the same target that you are targeting.
