Can't exit karui fortress / sin won't give pantheon

I killed tukohama twice now in a6,

How about a screenshot of your pantheons? And quest tab?

Too late, it fixed itself after relogging twice.
I got the kill after using flamedash culling on him. Still a real thing tho someone might want to investigate. |

Im having the same problem. Sin came down and I got my pantheon but the exit wont open. I have relogged and killed the boss a couple of times now and still nothing. My quest tab tells me its open but its not. Cant seem to get past this.

Same. Beat boss, talked to Sin and got Pantheon, but no exit to the Ridge.

I'm having the same issue. Beat boss four times, no exit. Tried re-instancing, logging out, etc. nothing is working... any insight into this nonsense would be appreciated.

Tacking on to this... Same issue. Beat boss, talked to Sin, got pantheon, message says exit is now open, but it's not.

I found out that if you go collect your reward first, then the exit will open.

I had this problem on one toon only and suspect it may have been that I revealed the entire area before fighting Tukohama. Logging and doing the fight again in an area respawn seemed to work. At least one more thing to try...
