Ornament of the East -vs- Lycosidae

Which one is better for a Bloodseeker Claw build?

Ornament of the East

or Lycosidae?

Going for the claw gets me about 140K more DPS in PoB but going for the shield gives me 500 more life (6500 -> 7000) and more leech (11K -> 17K leech).
Using Wild Strike.

Lyco, because if your using bloodseeker you should probably prioritise the instant leech, also 7k with insta leech is pretty bampf.

The "hits can't be evaded" on Ornament is local. Either you use it as your main weapon or use Lycosidae.

I think I will be trying a double-Bloodseeker build. It is a 600K DPS upgrade for me from the Lycosidae version.
