Got guardian memory fragment from regular map

Bug number 4 167 723 356 (4167723356).

I believe I've found a corner case in how the last five (guardian+elder) memory fragments are awarded.

In short, if you kill a boss that would cause the elder and their guardians to spawn, if one of the guardians spawn on the map you're currently completing, the regular map boss drops the guardian memory fragment.

Details:
I ran a Shaper-influenced Promenade adjacent to my 18 map strong Elder area in order to expand it.

When killing the last of the regular map bosses, she dropped a Memory Fragment XIV, which I understand should be guardian-specific.

Looking at my atlas immediately afterward, I'm at 20 Elder controlled maps and the Promenade is inhabited by The Purifier and it has no blue fragment indicator around it.

I've encountered almost identical situation, except i received a fragment you get from completing T14 map (memory fragment X).

Steps:
1 - I was running shaper influenced Palace map
2 - I've cleared whole map before engaging the boss, most likely spawning elder in the process
3 - Killed the boss and got memory fragment X

I've had 8 memory fragment from map completion before i've run the map.
