Option to always show Item Level

Please add a toggle to the options to always show Item Level.
Exactly like the always show sockets toggle.

I couldn't list all the reasons where this'd be a great improvment to quality of life because there are just so many. It's quite frankly shocking it's not already an option.

I'd been extremely happy to have shown anywhere as long as it's always shown, even where it already shows when holding alt.
However, I would suggest it be moved to the top of the item description above all other information, at the earlist possible opportunity; this would allow a quick glance to be directed to the right information rather than extended to differeniate the item level from the required level.

If you’re looking for a specific item level you can set your lootfilter to highlight those items.
