Actual Partying Bonuses?

Hello, I'm a newer player looking for a clear answer from GGG on what the party bonuses are for divination cards. From patch notes 1.0.0:

"40% of the item quantity bonus for additional party members is now shifted towards item rarity. Gems and currency items still receive the old item quantity bonus."

I'm just wondering if divination cards fall under the original 50% currency quantity bonus, or they are actually just getting the 10% quantity bonus?

Also, to double check, the party quantity bonus is additive with the map quantity bonus but multiplicative with players IIQ, correct?
