2 Elemental Hit Setups for Single Target, let my explain and ask

Hey Guys, i was wondering if a certain combination of 2 elemental hit setups will work against a boss.

Setup 1: Elemental hit with Mirage archer and Elemental Prolifiration to apply all 3 elemental ailment types. Wich boosts the damage of elemental hit to 10% more dmg per hit...makes 30% more.

Setup 2: Single Target Elemental Hit with maximum 6link power including Elemental Focus wich gives addidtional "X% more Damage"...plus dmg on full life etc.

So here my question: does this work? applying all 3 ailment types with my mirage archer to get the extra damage and then use the second ele hit setup to benefit from the applied ailments to deal even more damage with elemental focus? Sounds kinda weird due to the fact to use 2 elemental hits all the time. I hope you all understand what im trying to explain xD because im not english so my translation might suck O.o

Yes, it works. However applying all 3 elemental hit ailments on the boss isn't easy task at all.
