I can't carry on the game

First of all, thank you for your game.

My problem is that i can't carry on the game because EVERYTIME i want to enter in " la porte du prisonnier" ( prisonner's door), the game shut down and go back to the xbox one dashboard.

No message appears.

It's a fat xbox one and I play with a WiFi connexion.

My gamercard is sebouh74.

Have you tried performing a power cycle? Turn your Xbox One off for two minutes, then see if this still happens. If so, you’ll likely need to reinstall the game.
