Is there a reason the Throne of Atziri is so rare?

I MIGHT make one more character this league but I've already tinkered with 5 different ones this league and all leveled over 90. Did plenty of temples 68-74 to try and rush out the throne room but no luck still. I can always get the second tier but never get the option to ever upgrade to the throne room. I feel like I need to suck some serious pee pee to get this room lmao. Any suggestions guys?

Also, I'm sure it's probably rare because a lot of people can't successfully complete it. It's Uber Atziri, and she's still one of the hardest things in the game, imo.

but she drops norm atziri loot even in 83 maps :8

She only dropped The Coming Calamity for me the one time I've unlocked her in the Temple.

It's normal Atziri affected by temple mods and lvl. She drops normal loot.

Ya I figured the room is pointless and thats why I just don't get how I cant get this one particular room but I can get Tier 3 everything else alot more often. Its part of the challenge and its super frustrating.

run low level maps or even story areas to spawn it if it really bugs you

I got it only one time. Got my ass handed to me in a level 83 Zone.

I did this fight on my arc miner that can phase normal 4tits without moving... i dont think it was a high tier temple but i was dying a lot

As far as i remember i did kill her and it seemed like normal to me (never tried uber 4tits and didnt know this was uber... if it even is)

Also i think its so rare because its her and its most likely the rarest room to get to t3 and the one that would kill you the most
