Character missing due to power blackout

Dear support,
I just have a bad day. was playing when suddenly my PC powered off dua to power blackout in my area for about 6 hr. after i relogin to play again, i already lost my lvl 92 char in incursion. char name : RedsShadyMugs please look into this and see if there any way to restore it or any explanation on this. Please send an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com. They do not deal with any account related issues through the forums, for security reasons.
Your characters are stored on the PoE servers, not on your machine. A local blackout should not affect your characters in any way. There are still out there somewhere, and support can help you retrieve them. |

Email them, they can restore deleted characters (though there are some conditions to that)
And what you describe dose not make sense, the character, and all of it's data is stored on the server, if you have a power cut all it dose is cause you to DC, nothing is sent to the server like a delete character (which also has a confirmation box). Thats my point, i know everything save related are in server side. this doesn't make any sense to me too.

Unless you played HC Incursion because when you die, then your are moved to standard SC.
Did you check that ? |

Check the league filter on the character screen, maybe that got reset/changed somehow?

" I'd thought of that but all his characters are there on his profile to view, none with the name he mentions is displayed so it's not filtered out, and at the time there was nothing in that level bar his jug (redsjugulator) I'm guessing that the assassin redsbackfromlimbo was the character he was talking about (and that wasn't there when he made the thread) Ancestral Bond.
