You have killed Shavronne, Unbound in the Rotting Core. You need to kill Shavronne, who is located in the Harvest in Act 4.

Still, the prophecy has been activated, as visible on the right side of the screen. I think it's one of the following three things:

Aye. I did this a little while ago, killed Shavronne in the Core. It worked fine. Need to kill the right girl though :D
Wish these prophecies popped up more frequently, though. Hard to complete all the chained ones when they pop up so very rarely. |
