How do i get more Town Portals?

Portal Scroll 3× Scroll of Wisdom Act 1 (Nessa)

Click on "Purchase items", not "Sell items". The portal scrolls are a normal item that the vendor sells, not a vendor recipe.

what do you mean "doesnt work" ? You say that Nessa doesnt offer you any portal scrolls in her trade tab?

Ahh thanks, never had to buy portals before.

You don't have to buy portal scrolls. If you just want to go back to town during acts, just log off. Saves you a lot of time and resources while leveling. ;)
