" Flatlined " in same map

Something is causing the instance to crash my map. It " flatlines " the ping and if I log off, I can come back into the map, but if I wait it out, it just rubberbands and crashes the instance.

I'm using Poet's Pen with VD / Arc Bodyswap / Unearth in a T16 elder Haunted Mansion that was Domination Zana modded with 2 sextants ( Cluster barrels with worms and Bodyguards at boss ).
