Incursions and temple while leveling?

Do you guys do incursions and temple while leveling a new charachter?
I just started my second charachter in incursion league and i think i will do them later on when i reach maps. What do you think? There might be some cool low level items i will miss. I have not been doing any incursions before maps after my first character. It ends up with me getting extremely overleveled, and only slows down getting through the storyline.
If you need the drops you can always buy them (obviously if you are not in an SSF league). |

Also many characters can’t do incursions at lower level due to missing critical build mechanics.

There aren't many of these low level items for trade though..
Couldn't find a single shield. |

On my second character I waited until I hit Act 9. Instead of grinding Aqueducts, I went to the Quarry. You can keep reloading new instances and half of the time you will see Alva from the way point. Best 60-70 ever.
