Unable to craft 6th mod on this rare boot

Hi guys, first post here so please bear with me. I have this rare boot and I bought so that I can craft flat ES on it but when I tried I get the message that there's no more space even though there's only 5 mods on this boot. Nothing is enabled for me to craft - suffix or prefix. So, bit disappointed. Thanks

It looks like those boots have the following mods:

Prefix:
- #% Increased Energy Shield / #% Increased Stun and Block Recovery
- #% Increased Movement Speed
- #% Increased Energy Shield

Suffix:
- #% To Fire Resistance
- #% To Cold Resistance
- #% Increased Stun and Block Recovery


Note the hybrid prefix granting both Increased Energy Shield and Stun and Block Recovery. Each part of a hybrid affix is split and shown separately on the item. Each affix of the same type (ie: Increased Energy Shield) is combined and the total is shown on the item. Thus a hybrid affix/mod can 'hide' behind two non-hybrid mods making it very difficult to determine the correct number of mods on an item.

You should be able to see the full detailed affix list ingame with alt (with "advanced mod descriptions" in UI options turned on). It will split the compounded numbers into the particular affixes.
