Elemental Weakness does not work when Vulnerability is on

Any map with both curses will only have 1 working, which for me is usually vulnerability.
I had this happening a couple of times already.

Note that even as recent as today the double curse will not work. I have also checked my character panel and seen that my resistances are not affected at all while in a map with Elemental Weakness when Vulnerability is also there.

Same, only vuln is applied, however once u use curse immunity flask and the effect wears off, all curses from the map are applied as they should be.
If u tp in and out u revert to being only affected by vuln.
