Can't reinvite Alva after dismissing her

Because I didn't know about it, I dismissed Alva, thinking of reinviting her will fix the issue. It doesn't and now I can't invite Alva again.

Complete steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as a second character.
2. Go to hideout.
3. Swap to the main character.
4. Go to hideout. (BUG: at this point Alva bugs out and won't open the temple for the main character who has done all incursions)
5. Dismiss Alva. (hoping to be able to reinvite her)
6. Open a tier 1 map and find Alva.
7. There is no option to invite Alva. (BUG: there should be!)
8. Open the temple using the map Alva.
9. Temple opens and can be completed.
10. There's still no option to invite Alva.
11. Go back to hideout.
12. Create a new hideout.
13. Open a new T8 map and find Alva. There is no option to invite, only able to do incursion.
14. Do the incursion. (hoping after it completes, there's an option to invite her)
15. After the incursion finishes, there is still no option to invite her.
16. Log out for 30 minutes to make sure the hideout instance is gone.
17. Log in as the main character.
18. Open a T6 map and find Alva. There is no option to invite, only able to do incursion.
19. Do the incursion.
20. After the incursion finishes, there is still no option to invite her.

Now Alva is not in the hideout and there's no way to invite her.

Found the fix: I can reinvite her if I meet her with the first character that invited her to my hideout.

same problem for me and now i cant open temple from my second char. that sucks.
can you open a temple with both chars?
