Vial of X drop rates?

HeyGuys. I've had a blast playing the incursion stuff for the past week, but I wonder is there something im missing to get the Vials to drom from the Omnitech? is there a certain room that has to be tier 3? or am I just naturally unlucky and have to wait a decade to get my uniques upgraded? - SSF BTW

I havent seen single one drop.. they seem to be rare

I've had 2 drop in 88 levels, not sure if I did anything special or not. But I don't have any of the unique needed to use them yet.
