Who stole the grassy patches from backstreet hideout?

Just yesterday I noticed that the ground in backstreet hideout had suddenly changed. Before it had a lot of nice grassy patches which I had decorated with some of Tora's forest flowers. Now most of these grassy patches are gone and I have forest flowers growing on concrete or something. The lower area of the backstreet hideout now merely has a single meager grassy patch where the waypoint is located. That looks pretty boring.

I have no idea why someone even felt it necessary to do this change, but I want my grass back. Or at least give us some grassy decoration objects to do it ourselves.
