Point of Incursion rooms like pools of restoration

Looking at the charts that go around of the room types, is there a positive benefit to rooms like ht Pools of restoration, Poison Garden, etc? something at T3? increased quantity of loot? or are they just the generic screw you over rooms?

I am not sure as the tables have not been updated and/or the entire thing is unknown so far but it looks like there is something happening at lvl 3.

Atleast for the healing room it says: Contains a valuable item.
I don't know what that means.

It contains a blue item with one of the related mods. I don't know what the restoration pool one is, but I got this from a level 3 trap room
Don't upgrade or even make the restoration room though, it's possibly the most cancerous thing in the game right now.
