Catarina missiom bug

I found she in the map, and I was doing a missom to her.
There was 3 skull monsters that I guide to her statue, but only 2 came back to life then I killed then, the third one din't show up, even he's dot is in the map, he don't actualy exists...

That dot on the map is her totem. Search the map for other monsters to bring to the totem.

I checked the entire map in the hope that the monster appeared in another location, I got 3 '' dead '' monsters from her.
The complete story: I took the 3 skeletons up to the totem and killed 2 that resurrected the third one disappeared, ... I looked all the map but I did not find it, only the dot of it in the place of the totem, I tried to kill using area efect skills but din't work.
