There is no golden key where is the golden key

I'm in uber lab

I solved 3 puzzles, and opened 2 big chests in the area where it says here should be golden key. But there is no golden key anywhere. I'm stuck in lab, because I can't open the golden door in another area. I don't want to have 1 Offering wasted :(






[Edit:]After reseting instance and going through it again, I still had no key, but Izario said something about the key, and when I went to gold door, it was open (I couldn't anyhow open it before)
