Is it possible to drop divine orb on unique jewel?

I got this unique jewel and wonder if divine orb can be dropped on this to reroll for better stats while options remain the same?

i'm pretty sure it rerolls the mod values within the ranges, not the mods themselves (or everyone would divine their eye until it has bonza mods)
so yes you can divine it to perfect its rolls. |
