Ability to rebind overlay map zoom-out and zoom-in keys

Greetings,

currently zoom-out and zoom-in keys for overlay map are bound to + and - on the numpad. Players with tenkeyless keyboards (without numpad keys) are unable to use those features without downloading third party software or using Windows on-screen keyboard. It is very inconvenient. Please allow us to rebind those functions to another keys.
