New loading screen tips

New loading screen tips would be useful as they could decrease the learning curve, helping beginner players, on the other hand, already existing ones are boring to read again and again.

I don't know much about programming, but I don't think that writing some short sentences would be complicated and time-consuming compared to creating new stuff (maps, items etc.)to the game.
