Concen + ice shot = work ?

I mean that..

for example..

1. If I have 20k dps ice shot ( 5 link )

2. and go 6 link with concentrated effect gem ( 20lvl , 54% more dmg )

3. then my real dps is 20k X 1.54 = 30.8k ?

( ofc I know that concen effect can't change tool tip of ice shot )

anyway is that right ?

Yes, it will scale the damage of the ice shot cone like you demonstrated.

what does it mean ' cone ' ?

it means the AoE that is created behind the enemy you hit with Ice shot arrow

only cone dmg can be boosted by concen eff gem.

but arrow dmg can't not be boosted by concen eff gem ?

Yes. It needs TS, Barrage or Blast Rain for single target.

To clarify, I think you mean those skills are better for single target archer, not that concentrated effect necessarily works better with them.
