I'm having the exact same problem. Trying to buy the Starter Supporter Pack from Steam wallet but the screen won't load any packets, just this one screen the OP posted.

also having the same problem, client english, location germany through frankfurt
tried changing the client language to german for testing purposes didn't fix it another friend of mine has the same problem |
