Cant enter Ravaged Square Act 10

I cant enter the ravaged square act 10 for the meet innocence at kitava horns mission says failed to join any instances

Tried Changing server EU to US even tried BR and RU servers
Tried relogging
Tried entering the control blocks and going ravaged square from there (i can enter the control blocks but still cant enter the ravaged square, btw i can enter any other maps)
Tried to enter ravaged square with my other character. My other character can enter
Tried ctrl+click to open a new instance still same error

What should i do to fix this its been over 1 hour i think

still no updates over 2 or 3 hour now
