An End to Hunger (Kitava)

I'm having trouble to complete the quest "An End to Hunger" in act 10.
I killed Kitava and the loot dropped, but i didnt got credit for it. So the quest status is still "Kill Kitava".

I ported out a few times, tried to re-enter und restarted the game two times, but it didnt work. I can not port to the epilouge directly.

The bug report reference numer is 3.352.411.492.
