Marauder: Mercy Mission - Quest Reward Bug

I could choose Onslaught Support as a reward. I took another gem, then tried to purchase it but Nessa didn't offer it. Instead she offered volley support.

Not a bug. Nessa doesn't sell it for the Marauder.

It is weird that Nessa offers it as a reward for Marauder, but doesn't sell it. Not a bug, just weird.
