Lvl 1 Map drop on a 147/157 atlas (#1,528,051,022)

Was doing a graveyard map, atlas at 147/157 with no maps removed, had a Lookout (Lvl 1) map drop.






So.. Unless someone added Map Lvl 0 drop recently, something is wrong there....

White monsters in a tier 1 map cannot drop +1 tier. Atlas bonus doesn't bypass that restriction.

Tier 1 map always drop full atlas or not.

Not always... once you have 100% or more on your Atlas bonus T1 maps can only drop for you in lvl 68 areas (such as tier 1 maps) or below. And of course in any Zana mission as the Atlas bonus is not applied there. But you will never drop a tier 1 map again if you play only T2 or higher maps.

if i remenber right there are a few challanges that involves you having rare tier 1 maps say non iD etc etc if they dont drop would be a little tricky for people to do that on their own
