Multiboxing with hotkeynet help please

Ok so I decided to join in on that multiboxing thing, since PoE is f2p, I want to use hotkeynet since its free, I am decent at scripting (java, basic etc) but I just dont know how to start it or anything... anyone can help?

(I am asking it here since I i need help with setting it up to pay this game- consider it as getting help with playing PoE since doing it normally obviously doesn't pay off :P )

Using a third party program to assist in multiboxing is a bannable offense. You can multibox IF you are the one controlling each character individually, not using a 3rd party application to allow you to do so..


Oh, I don't multi-box, ever. I solo everything and it does pay off, very well.... Would multi-boxing make it pay off faster, sure, but....

play the game or multibox? and yes, it is technically possible to multibox without any software, but it is not effecient enought to justify it. ergo, multibox=3rd party software.

play the game in its entirety. Not just multibox, but to log on and play the game normally, do you think it can be done without 3rd party software?

uhm.. this is not a discussion about multiboxing.. this is a question on how to set it up (mods said it is not disallowed) so I want to use it... now can any1 help? (please don't post off topic)

hotkeynet is very versatile, but is primarily designed for MMO's with autotargeting. with an action rpg, clicking is king and mouse cloning is required. hotkeynet has this functionality built in, but it doesnt work because of the way the client is set up(mouse inputs are ignored unless the client is the focus). at least, that's the understanding i gleaned from my google-fu. i can't really say for sure, i don't multibox.

maybe a mod can help? or maybe clarify if I am allowed to use it? any1? please help, I want to get 2 uniques in one boss kill like every1 else ;)
