Cant unlock "Add a Suffix, Remove a Random Prefix" recipe

I cant unlock the recipe "Add a Suffix, Remove a Random Prefix", thoug I have all needed beasts.
Restarting the game didnt solve the problem. Need to complete this for challenges!!^^  "  "  "  "  "  " Last bumped on Apr 1, 2018, 3:45:54 PM

Update:
--> The recipe appeared!

 a) After mapping a couple of hours I checked the recepie again, but this time in the Menagerie. b) But maybe its bc i catched a Saqawine Chimeral in the meanwhile? Cant say exactly why. |

Could be a bad wording issue or not matched level requirements.
In case of the chimeral it would mean you need to capture a beast with the Saqawine presence mod. Could also be a level issue for the more important beasts, since most of them need lvl 70+ to unlock. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore

Good idea, but befor posting this I double checked the levels of the beasts. Im 100% sure beasts were fine.
