Taste of Hate + Yugul Pantheon

does taste of hate 30% chill/freeze avoidance stack with Yugul 50% chill/freeze reflect for 80% total chance to avoid chill/freeze? or 1 will get rolled before the other(if so, how to comput chance to be frozen with this?)?

Reflection has nothing to do with avoidance. Reflecting something only inflicts the attacker with the same thing, it does not mean you don't suffer from the effect yourself.
